Digital Sales Expert (DM Closer) at Biz Afric Solutions

Compensation: ₦200,000 - ₦300,000 monthly base + performance-based commissions

About the Role

Our client runs a private, values-led women's community serving a highly discerning audience. They are seeking a DM Closer who can communicate with empathy, discretion, and clarity — while confidently converting qualified leads into paid community members.

This role requires emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and strong persuasion skills. It is not a spammy sales role.

Responsibilities and Duties


Engage prospective members via Instagram DMs and related channels
Respond to enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
Qualify leads and guide them through the decision-making process
Close qualified prospects into paid offerings
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
Work closely with the founder to align messaging and tone


Requirements


Proven experience in DM closing, sales, or client conversion roles
Strong written communication and persuasion skills
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion
Comfortable working with high-value, private clientele
Reliable, organised, and performance-driven
