Director, Project Delivery at FMR AGENCY

Job Summary


Our client is recruiting an experienced Director of Project Delivery to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale energy infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Africa.
The successful candidate will oversee engineering design, EPC execution, commissioning, and operational handover while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex multi-country infrastructure projects.


Requirements


Engineering degree required; Master's degree preferred
5+ years experience in energy infrastructure project delivery
Strong EPC project management and execution experience
Experience delivering renewable energy or gas infrastructure projects
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification required
Experience working across African markets
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel across multiple project locations.
