Job Summary


FMR Agency is recruiting a Group Head of Human Resources to lead people strategy across a multi-country energy and infrastructure group headquartered in Lagos.
The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, organizational design, and workforce planning across multiple jurisdictions.
This role requires a strategic HR leader with experience in complex, project-driven organizations and the ability to build scalable HR frameworks across regions.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Senior HR leadership experience across multiple countries
Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or investment banking preferred
Strong experience in HR strategy and organizational design
Experience managing HR across African and international markets
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Relevant HR professional certifications preferred
Willingness to travel across operating locations.
