We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dispatch Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dispatching of orders to riders including order follow ups.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
Follow up on order journeys to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensure we have enough rider capacity to handle all orders and escalate any capacity issues that may arise.
Handle all order issues raised by riders and offer solutions in a timely manner.
Act as the first point of contact for the company's Logistics clients and responsible for handling all order issues raised by the clients.
Coordinate with other departments i.e. Call center, fleet etc. to ensure the delivery process is seamless.
Capture data in a timely manner on any causes of order delays.
Any other role as assigned by the Dispatch manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma in Business or other related field.
Computer Literate
At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or delivery role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
