Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and company locations.
The ideal candidate must be familiar with Lagos routes, especially Lekki and Victoria Island, and demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and good customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver packages, orders, and documents to customers and company locations promptly
Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of all items
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries
Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and obtain customer confirmation where necessary
Ensure the motorcycle is well maintained and in good working condition
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations
Provide good customer service during deliveries
Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor immediately
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
Valid rider's permit and driver's license
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as a dispatch rider
Good knowledge of Lekki, Victoria Island, and surrounding areas
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
