Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Trainee to join our retail pharmacy team.
The role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience in pharmacy operations while supporting pharmacists in delivering excellent pharmaceutical services and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and handling prescriptions
Support customer inquiries regarding medications and pharmacy products
Ensure proper arrangement and stocking of pharmaceutical products
Assist in monitoring drug inventory and expiry dates
Follow pharmacy protocols and operational procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy floor
Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
Degree or diploma in a science-related or health-related field
Strong interest in community pharmacy practice
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
Ability to follow systems and operational processes carefully
Work Schedule:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
6 days per week (8 hours daily)
Alternate weekends (staff working weekends will have Friday off).
