Job Summary
You will be responsible for providing secure and timely transportation to and from various locations, maintaining the vehicle in top condition and ensuring the safety and comfort of the passengers.You need to be smart and dress well.
Responsibilities
Safely transport Executive to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, including regular servicing and cleaning.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at scheduled appointments and meetings.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with passengers and other staff.
Inspect and maintain the vehicle and all related equipment, putting in repair requests to HR & Admin. Team Lead as necessary to maintain safe operation.
Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and trip logs.
Work during weekends and in shifts.
Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.
Personal Qualities & Qualifications
Job Holder must possess the following:
Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
Valid driver's license.
Must have good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy & organized.
Attention to detail & thoroughness.
Atleast Secondary School Certificate.
Required Experience:
Must have minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a similar position from reputable organization.
