We are seeking an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
Ensure the website is fully functional, accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate with software developers on system improvements and bug fixes
Test new website features before deployment
Product Catalogue Management
Ensure all products are correctly uploaded
Maintain accurate product descriptions
Upload high-quality product images
Ensure specifications and pricing are accurate
Organize products into proper categories
Manage obsolete or unavailable products
Online Sales Management
Drive online sales growth
Monitor daily online orders
Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse and logistics teams
Ensure timely processing of customer orders
Reduce abandoned carts
Improve online conversion rates
SEO & Website Visibility
Improve search engine rankings
Optimize product pages
Improve metadata

Ensure proper indexing

Requirements
Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science or any related fields
Minimum of 4 years' experience in e-commerce management
Experience with custom-built e-commerce systems
Strong understanding of online retails operations
Digital marketing skills (SEO, Google Analytics Paid ads, social media analytics)
Experience coordinating UI/UX teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or other reporting tools
Experience in online sales growth and conversion optimization
