JOB SUMMARY


The E-Commerce senior Sales Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on Air Peace's digital sales performance across e-commerce channels.
The role provides actionable insights to optimize online revenue, improve conversion rates, and support the airline's digital strategy.
This position also supports initiatives for the Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) and other digital sales campaigns.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Digital Sales Analysis


Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance including website, mobile app, and third-party platforms.
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, average booking value, traffic sources, and booking trends.
Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement to maximize online revenue.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital sales campaigns and promotions.


Reporting & Forecasting


Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital sales reports for management and the Supervisor.
Assist in forecasting e-commerce revenue based on trends, seasonality, and market demand.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to track e-commerce performance metrics.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from management and cross-functional teams.


Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) Support


Track and analyze FFP member activity, accruals, redemptions, and engagement metrics.
Provide insights to support targeted loyalty campaigns, promotions, and member retention initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with FFP policies.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, IT, and Operations to support digital initiatives.
Provide analytical support for website and mobile app enhancements, promotions, and campaigns.
Support implementation and tracking of new e-commerce projects.


Process Improvement


Identify areas to enhance analytics processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
Recommend tools, processes, and methods to improve e-commerce and FFP analysis.
Support training of junior analysts or staff on reporting tools and best practices.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, or related field.
3—5 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, airline sales analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
Strong knowledge of GDS/CRS systems, airline e-commerce platforms, and digital sales channels.
Experience with loyalty programs (FFP) is an advantage.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, Power Bl, Tableau, Google Analytics) and reporting systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Knowledge of digital marketing and airline commercial strategies.


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS


Accuracy and timeliness of digital sales reports - deliver 100% of digital sales and performance reports within agreed timelines, maintaining 299% data accuracy with no material reporting errors.
Growth in online bookings, revenue, and conversion rates - achieve minimum
10% quarter-on-quarter growth in online bookings and digital revenue, and improve conversion rates annually.
Accuracy of forecasting and analysis for management decisions - maintain forecast variance within ±5% against actual results, ensuring analyses consistently support effective management and commercial decision-making.
Insights if lead to improved e-commerce performance or FFP engagement - produce at least 5 actionable insights per quarter that result in measurable improvements in e-commerce performance and/or FFP engagement metrics.
Contribution to successful execution of digital campaigns and initiatives contribute to the successful execution of 100% of assigned digital campaigns and initiatives, achieving agreed performance targets and post-campaign reporting within set timelines.
