Description
Receive and physically inspect returned parts for damage, discrepancies, or non-compliance.
Verify documentation against system records and RFC requirements.
Capture return transactions accurately in the ERP system.
Sort returned parts into categories such as reusable, repairable, or scrap.
Prepare eligible parts for Ecotrade resale channels.
Coordinate with procurement, quality, and finance teams for credit approvals.
Ensure adherence to warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and productivity at all times.
Report discrepancies, damages, and process deviations to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
Technical qualification or a comparable qualification.
Skills:
Leadership and organisational skills.
Must have the ability to mediate conflict.
Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
Experience: 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the automotive industry.
