Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team at our paving stone production facility in Ibeju-Lekki.
The ideal candidate will support electrical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery.
Support troubleshooting of electrical faults in production equipment and control panels.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical components.
Ensure proper functioning of motors, generators, and automated systems.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to senior engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Assist in implementing electrical upgrades and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
0 - 2 years of relevant experience (industrial or manufacturing experience is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
