Overview
We're hiring a full-time Email Marketing Strategist to support the daily operations of our content marketing company.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, tactical expertise, and measurable results in email marketing.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with business goals.
Segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum engagement.
Optimize campaigns using analytics, and performance metrics.
Maintain high deliverability and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to craft cohesive campaigns.
Develop automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
Report on KPIs and adjust strategies based on campaign performance.

Advanced Segmentation & Targeting: Experience with predictive, behavioral, or lifecycle-based segmentation.
Copywriting skills: Tailoring messages for diverse audience segments beyond standard personalization.
Ability to provide input or guidance on email visuals, layout, and interactive elements.
Familiarity with advanced workflows, triggers, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
Keeps up-to-date with email marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
Ability to present campaign results clearly to stakeholders using charts, dashboards, or summaries.
Ability to design an email template using canva or other graphics design tools.
Work Structure:
Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm (Remote work).
Requirements
Experience with;
Email Marketing Platforms: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, Marketo.
CRM Systems: Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho, or other customer relationship management platforms.
Analytics & Reporting Tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or other reporting/dashboard tools.
A/B Testing & Optimization Tools: Optimizely, VWO, Litmus, or native A/B testing within email platforms.
Design & Creative Tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (for collaborating on visuals and layouts).
Integrations & Automation Tools: Zapier, Segment, or native API integrations for automated workflows.
