Role Overview
We're looking for a full-time sales and retail manager, who is commercial sharp, culturally attuned leader to drive retail performance and client relationships a fashion brand.
You'll supervise and own communication with the brand and clients, the numbers and the experience.
You'll be the commercial engine of the brand's retail presence, manage sales, build client relationship, drive revenue targets and and deliver consistent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the in-store day-to-day sales team.
Track monthly and seasonal sales targets.
Manage stock levels, visual merchandising standards and replenishment.
Oversee the client / brand experiment from stocking, purchase and follow-up.
Collaborate with the team on campaigns, launches and pop-ups..
Produce weekly / monthly retail performance reports.
Liaise with team on the bestsellers, slow-movers and restocks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or lifestyle.
Strong client relationship skills and a natural consultative sales approach.
Proficiency with retail and inventory management.
Confident communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in lifestyle/fashion brands.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Google sheets, Salesforce).
Eye for visual merchandising and styling.
Work Structure:
Full-Time: Monday Friday (10:00 am 6:00PM).
Hybrid mode (Remote work with required in-person availability in Lagos).
