Uniccon Group
Full-time
On-site
The Role:

In this role, you will bridge the gap between physical hardware and intelligent software. You'll collaborate with firmware and hardware teams to integrate sensors, control modules, and IoT connectivity—enabling our robots to communicate, automate, and make data-driven decisions in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

PCB Development: Design, simulate, and develop multi-layer PCBs; create schematics and layouts optimized for manufacturing.
IoT Integration: Implement connectivity solutions (Wi-Fi, MQTT, LoRa) for remote monitoring, data acquisition, and fleet control.
Hardware/Software Synergy: Work alongside firmware teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components with low-level code.
Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous hardware testing and troubleshooting of PCB assemblies using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Prototyping to Production: Support the full product lifecycle, from initial breadboard prototypes to final production-ready hardware.
Innovation: Research and recommend cutting-edge components to improve system performance and cost-efficiency.

What You Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design and embedded systems, specifically within robotics or IoT.
Technical Toolkit: * Design Software: Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or Proteus.
Hardware: Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, Arduino) and sensors.
Protocols: Mastery of IoT communication (MQTT, Bluetooth, GSM) and signal integrity.
Programming: Familiarity with C/C++, Python, or MicroPython.
Soft Skills: A passion for emerging technologies, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a thrive-in-a-team mindset.
