Job Summary
The Engineer will support the planning, execution, and maintenance of company facilities, infrastructure, and construction-related systems. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of building systems, supporting site infrastructure, and assisting in maintenance activities across project sites and corporate facilities.
The ideal candidate is a technically sound engineer with hands-on experience in construction environments, building systems, and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance Support
Assist in the maintenance of company offices, site accommodations, warehouses, and managed properties.
Support the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Monitor the performance of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and fire safety systems.
Site & Infrastructure Support
Support the management of site utilities such as power supply, water systems, and waste management.
Assist in ensuring infrastructure readiness for ongoing construction projects.
Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
Technical Execution & Supervision
Supervise minor repair works, installations, and maintenance activities.
Provide technical support during construction and facility-related projects.
Ensure work is executed in line with engineering standards and specifications.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Support the coordination of contractors and service providers.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Assist in verifying completed work and reporting on vendor performance.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies across all sites.
Participate in safety inspections and compliance checks.
Report hazards and support implementation of corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Prepare technical reports and updates for management.
Support documentation of facility systems and operational processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
2 - 5 years experience in construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and engineering processes.
Basic understanding of MEP systems and site infrastructure.
Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools/software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
