Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound professional to join our Engineering and Product Services team. In this role, you will be the hands-on expert ensuring that high-tech laboratory equipment—like our automated Soxhlet Extractors—is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. You will play a critical part in maximizing our clients' productivity by providing reliable technical support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide high-level technical assistance for the installation and commissioning of laboratory and scientific equipment.
Maintenance: Execute routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and peak performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults in complex laboratory systems quickly and effectively.
Client Training: Guide users on the proper operation of automated systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
Product Optimization: Work closely with the team to enhance the performance of lipid and solvent extraction systems for our clients.
Required Qualifications
Professional Experience: 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar engineering or technical service role.
Academic Background: HND or B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
