Summary


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Management Intern to assist our project management team. This role provides hands-on experience in construction project management, where you will learn the essential aspects of planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects.


Job Description

Project Support:


Assist the project management team in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Help track project progress, timelines, and resource allocation.


Site Coordination:


Participate in on-site inspections to monitor project quality, progress, and safety.
Support daily construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Report any on-site issues to the project manager and help in resolving them.


Documentation and Reporting:


Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Prepare updates for stakeholders and help keep accurate records for project meetings.


Quality Control and Safety Compliance:


Help monitor quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met.
Learn and follow safety regulations and protocols on-site.
Support efforts to ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.


Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:


Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Support communication between clients, team members, and external partners.
