ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist seeks a highly meticulous & analytical thinking Enterprise Administrator to join its team. Your role will entail attending to call coordination, vendor authorized services administration, parts requisition and management, asset management administration & financial administration.
The ideal candidate will need Matric/Grade 12, relevant work experience including financial administration, part requisition and claims processing via vendor warranty process and proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
DUTIES:
Vendor Authorized Services -
Parts ordering and claims processing administration to be attended to timeously and accurately ensuring all internal/vendor requirements are met and processes are strictly adhered to.
Installation and Startup Services management.
Financial Administration -
Ensure billings, PO's, EREQ's and quotations to be attended to timeously and accurately ensuring all requirements are met and processes are strictly adhered to.
Internal Asset Management -
Tasks to be attended to timeously and accurately, strictly adhering to company policies and processes.
Ensuring HEAT CMDB is updated and accurately.
Call/Case Management -
Call/Case coordination, management, and administration to be attended to timeously and accurately ensuring SLA is met while ensuring internal/vendor processes are strictly adhered to and all requirements are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric / Grade 12.
Experience in financial administration.
Experience in part requisition and claims processing via vendor warranty process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
Work in structured and organized manner to achieve goals.
