ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic Micro Insurer is urgently seeking a highly meticulous & self-driven Senior Sales Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to its Sales Support Department.
You will maintain accurate databases and track data, collate weekly and monthly Sales Reports received from District Offices while providing administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, coordination communication and minutes of weekly sales meetings.
Applicants will require Grade 12/Matric or equivalent and preferably possess an Administration tertiary qualification with 3-5 years' experience in the Financial Industry, Long Term/Funeral insurance.
You must have excellent MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook, can type quickly & accurately and have exceptional attention to detail.
DUTIES:
Maintain accurate databases and track data.
Collate weekly and monthly Sales Reports received from District Offices.
Transmit reminders regarding deadlines and follow up daily on outstanding documents.
Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, coordination communication and minutes of weekly sales meetings.
Assist with queries from District Branch Managers.
Ensure smooth coordination between different teams and departments.
Compile letters relating to the Sales Advisor Division as required from time to time.
Prepare any requisitions relating to training and travel as required and submit them for approval.
General administrative support to the Executive Sales and National Manager Sales.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications -
Grade 12/Matric or similar qualification essential.
Administration tertiary qualification is preferred and/or relevant experience.
Experience/Skills -
At least 3 - 5 years' experience in the Financial Industry, Long Term/Funeral insurance.
Strong administration and presentation skills.
Can type quickly and accurately.
Ability to work with detail and a high level of accuracy.
Must be able to multitask.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Strong ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, other departments and management.
Experience with MS Office, intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required.
Additional Language(s) will be advantageous.
