Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Present and demonstrate ERPSoftApp solutions to prospective clients.
Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable ERP modules and services.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
2 - 5 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
