The Event Activation Manager will support the planning and execution of brand activations, product launches, and experiential campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


Activation Execution & Support Assist in developing activation concepts and runofshows.
Support with onground experiences to ensure smooth delivery
Vendor & Production Coordination Track production timelines and ensure experiential assets, branding and structures are delivered as specified.
Brand & Visual Consistency Ensure all onsite branding, signage and materials align with client and agency brand guidelines.
Audlence Engagement Coordinate event staff, promoters, and volunteers.
Ensure audience engagement mechanics are implemented effectively and brand messaging is delivered clearly
Past Event Documentation Compile event reports and share feedbacks to use in client debriefs and insights.


Requirements


2 - 5+ years experience in event management, brand activations or experiential marketing
Network within the entertainment industry
Experience with event planning and brand partnerships activations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working in entertainment, media, or youthfocused brands
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
