Events and Activation Officer (Head Office)

Job Description SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online. SACAP is seeking an Events and Activation Officer that will be based at our Head Office. The Events and Activation Officer is responsible for planning, organising, and executing online and on-campus marketing events and activations from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly, on time and achieve their intended purpose. This role drives student recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness for SACAP College and SACAP Global. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Degree/Diploma in marketing, project management, events or similar. 1-2 years' experience where planning, organization and execution can be demonstrated. Digital and traditional marketing acumen required. SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially English. Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite Deep understanding of brand corporate identity. Strong time management and multi-tasking. Ability to adapt and make decisions under pressure. Ability to manage difficult enquiries and complaints. Able to work in a team environment. Attention to detail.
