Communication Hub: Screen and direct calls/emails, act as a gatekeeper, and manage information flow between executives, employees, clients, and partners.
Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and spreadsheets.
Information Management: Maintain filing systems, databases, and handle confidential information with strict discretion.
Event & Project Support: Organize internal/off-site events, assist with special projects, and conduct research.
Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage complex professional and personal calendars, coordinate meetings, and anticipate scheduling conflicts.
