Job Summary
We seek a highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our management team, handle accounting and financial tasks, and assist with human resources and office operations.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
PA/Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
Accounts:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices, expenses, and payments
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Admin/Human Resources:
Maintain employee records and databases
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
Coordinate employee benefits and wellness programs
Handle employee queries and concerns
Office Operations:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Ensure office maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Excellent computer literacy skills, with ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Versatile and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
