Job Summary
As the Executive Assistant to the Head Chef, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure seamless coordination of schedules, documentation, supplier engagements, and workflow within the culinary operations.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, meetings, and operational documentation for the Head Chef
Coordinate suppliers, track inventory for special orders, and support procurement processes
Assist with menu costing documentation, reporting, and record management
Maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth administrative workflow
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably within hospitality or food service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
