Job Summary
As the Factory Operations Manager, you will oversee daily factory operations, drive production targets, and ensure operational discipline and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily production flow and ensure output targets are achieved
Supervise production teams and enforce operational standards
Optimize material, manpower, and equipment utilization
Monitor quality control and reduce operational waste
Provide regular performance reports to management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Production Management
Minimum of 5 years' experience in factory or production operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of manufacturing KPIs and cost control
Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
