Job Summary
As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee factory equipment maintenance, minimize downtime, and ensure reliability of plant operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Oversee maintenance of machinery, utilities, and equipment
Supervise maintenance teams and troubleshoot technical faults
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Manage maintenance budgets and recommend plant improvements.
Requirements
Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Experience managing technical teams
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
