What are your responsibilities?


Direct cooperation and exchange with the Chairman / Managing Director of the Julius Berger Group
Development of concepts and recommendations for action for the Board
Preparation and follow-up of internal meetings, board and supervisory board meetings
Ad hoc analysis and reporting to the Executive Board as required
Support in the implementation of process optimizations
Further development and monitoring of compliance with group-wide corporate governance structures
Link between the board, various committees, managers and other stakeholders across all levels

Job requirements

What do you bring with you?


Completed studies in the field of business administration, commercial law, industrial engineering or in a comparable field
Excellent communication and expression skills in words and writing (German C1 & English C1)
Secrecy, loyalty, commitment, strong hands-on mentality Conscientious working methods
Very good MS Office knowledge - especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Sensitivity to prioritizing your tasks
