Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate building construction activities on site.
Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, materials, labour and site activities.
Identify construction issues and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards.
Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation.
Assist in project planning, scheduling and cost control.
Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Building Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
3 - 5 years' relevant experience in building construction, real estate development or project management.
Professional registration with COREN or other relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, specifications and building regulations.
Proven experience in site supervision, quality control and construction coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and relevant construction/project management software.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
