Experienced Mechanical Engineer (Technician) at Aiben Properties

Key Responsibilities


Assist in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and other mechanical systems).
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams and specifications.
Carry out testing, inspections and fault diagnosis of mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, safety regulations and site standards.
Work with engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Assist in project planning, scheduling and site coordination.
Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.


Experience & Qualifications


Proven practical experience in mechanical installation and maintenance is the key requirement.
ND or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
Candidates with other fields of study or without formal education but with strong, verifiable hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
Relevant technical certification is also an added advantage.
Good problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
