Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Order Fulfilment Officer to handle customer orders, coordinate with dispatch riders and merchants, resolve delivery-related issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Package customers' orders accurately, ensuring timely pickup and delivery updates to customers and merchants.
Resolve delivery complaints and escalate unresolved cases to the operations team where necessary.
Communicate effectively with riders to ensure orders are handled professionally and on schedule.
Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions, delivery issues, and resolutions.
Ensure customers are regularly updated on order status and delivery timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of OND in any field
1 - 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics, e-commerce, environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
