Light Heights Global Services is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Travel Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for professionals who are passionate about the travel industry and have strong experience in business development, client relationship management, and travel operations.
This role is designed for professionals who will support business growth, client success, and operational excellence within the travel and education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Coordination:
Work with relationship and business development teams to ensure quarterly business growth and intake targets are achieved
Travel Operations Management:
Oversee end-to-end travel processes including enquiry, enrolment, admissions, visa processing, and pre-arrival support.
Client Relationship & File Management:
Manage client files, ensure accurate documentation, and provide continuous progress updates throughout the travel process.
Sales & Payment Tracking Support:
Support reconciliation of client payments, payment plans, and service costs in collaboration with the finance team.
Client Satisfaction & Service Delivery:
Ensure high client satisfaction through timely communication, proper profiling, and successful conversion of prospects.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Participate in strategic meetings with internal teams and external partners to support operational and business goals.
Escalation Management:
Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent service delays, client dissatisfaction, or revenue loss.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of travel industry operations, visa processes, and international admissions pathways.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and client management abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Academic travel destinations (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Ireland, Europe, etc.).
Non-academic travel destinations.
Experience Required:
3-5 years ofexperience in the travel industry.
Strong background in visa processing, admissions support, and travel consultancy.
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client conversion.
Added Advantage:
Experience in international travel markets.
CRM and sales pipeline management skills.
Digital marketing or lead generation experience.
Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.
