Minimum 5 years' experience in export sales or regional business development.
Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, steel, or FMCG industries preferred.
Proven track record in developing regional distribution networks and export growth.
Strong understanding of customs procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations.
Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver.
Demonstrated motorcycle riding proficiency will be considered an added advantage.


Job Description


Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned to company growth objectives.
Identify and penetrate new international markets for roofing and building products.
Drive export revenue growth through distributors, dealers, projects, and institutional clients.
Develop annual export sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors, wholesalers, and strategic partners.
Conduct market intelligence on pricing, competition, regulations, and customer trends.
Recruit, onboard, and manage export distributors and agents across assigned markets.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Support partners with product training, branding, promotions, and technical knowledge.
Coordinate export documentation including invoices, certificates of origin, customs documents, permits, and shipping paperwork.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tax laws, and country-specific import requirements.
Liaise with clearing agents, logistics partners, and shipping lines to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor export costs, freight charges, and shipment efficiency.
Build partnerships with developers, governments, hardware chains, and construction firms.
Represent the company in international trade fairs, expos, and regional networking events.
Prepare weekly and monthly export performance reports.
Track export KPIs including revenue, margins, market share, collections, and distributor productivity
