Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager that will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance of Emzor's pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Your role ensures safety, functionality, compliance, and optimal use of infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily and preventive maintenance of infrastructure (plumbing, lighting, utilities, etc.)
Ensure optimal functioning of non-production systems - generators, compressors, water supply
Coordinate with security, janitorial, fumigation, and landscaping teams
Monitor cleanliness and functionality of restrooms, canteens, break rooms
Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, utilities, and contractor services
Enforce compliance with SOPs, HSE guidelines, NAFDAC, and NESREA regulations
Support audits by preparing facility-related reports and documentation
Supervise vendors, enforce SLAs, and monitor costs and facility-related budgets
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in facility or general services management (preferably in Pharma or FMCG)
NEBOSH/HSE certification is an added advantage
Membership in a facility management body is a plus.
