Role Overview
The Facility Officer is an essential part of the Facilities Management team. S/he will support and work closely with the General Manager, to facilitate operational effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring the safety and security of client by enhance organization performance
Key Responsibilities
Supervising multi-disciplinary team of staff including cleaners, maintenance and security.
Allocating and managing space in the buildings.
Participate in various committee meetings as required.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards.
Overseeing renovations and refurbishments.
Drafting reports, writing correspondences between tenants and management.
Issuing of contract/lease agreement to tenants.
Ensuring the implementation of lease agreement policies by tenants.
Ensuring tenants pay all lease fees as at when due.
Resolving all tenant complaints.
Ensuring all tenant files are up to date and completed.
Ensuring all facilities are in good working condition.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Inspect building structure to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
Create a robust inventory system of all equipment, furniture and fittings.
Capture all maintenance and operational cost per flat.
Prepare and evaluate feedback on client/tenant satisfaction.
Schedule and carryout all handover/moving in and out of apartment.
Maintain all functions of the building including: Gardens tendering, communication, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, security, medical gases, lift, structural, waste streams, cleaning, equipment, etc.
Perform any additional assignment as directed by the General Manager.
Requirement
Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification.
