Responsibilities
Support daily operations of all company facilities
Maintain accurate logs and prepare regular reports
Support other departments in facility-dependent tasks
Ensure proper use and maintenance Of facilities and equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure facility operations support business objectives
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and drive innovation
Requirements
B.Sc./HND with at least a second-class upper (2.1) in Engineering, Building
Technology, Facility Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Estate
Management, Hospitality or a related field
1—3 years of experience in facility or operations management, preferably in a multisite environment
Strong knowledge of facility systems, maintenance processes, and vendor management
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
