Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Assist in legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes
Facilitate effective communication between legal and marketing teams
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics
Organize and maintain legal files, contracts, and confidential information
Requirements
Proven experience as a Legal Officer/Executive Assistant
1-2 years work Experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
Legal Secretary certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree with at least a second-class upper (2.1) in Law (LL.B.)
