Responsibilities


Ensure timely recruitment for open positions within 30 days from job posting
100% completion of performance evaluations on time
Implement follow-up on improvement plans for underperforming employees
Address employee concerns promptly and improve engagement levels
Resolve 90% of employee grievances within a week and maintain high engagement
Support the quarterly performance review process, ensuring completion within deadlines


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree with at least a second-class upper (2.1) in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2—4 years progressive HR experience, with Human Resource
Generalist and Administration experiences
Professional HR certification
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
