Candidates must have a proven track record in the construction chemicals, building materials, or related manufacturing industry. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline with 8 - 10 years' experience in manufacturing within the construction industry. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
