Responsibilities
Supervise daily farm operations
Manage crops, poultry, fish farming, and farm maintenance
Lead farm workers and ensure productivity
Maintain farm records, reports, and inventory
Ensure proper hygiene and biosecurity standards
Work both in the farm office and on the field
Requirements
Experience in farm operations and management
Hands-on, disciplined, honest, and goal-driven
Willing to commit long term and grow with the farm
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, reports, and basic databases
Ability to deliver results under management guidance.
