We are seeking a Farm Operations Lead (Hands-on Role) to support daily farm activities across crop production, poultry (layers & broilers), and general farm operations.
We are looking for a strong field leader who can drive daily execution and results on the ground.
Role Overview
The lead will work directly with farm workers on-site, lead daily tasks, ensure productivity, and support the Farm Operations Manager in executing all farm operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities
Work alongside staff in crops and poultry units
Assign and monitor daily tasks
Ensure high productivity and discipline among workers
Report daily operations and issues to management
Requirements
3+ years farm experience (poultry, crops, or mixed farming)
Strong leadership and hands-on field experience
Ability to work long hours and lead by example
Practical, hardworking, and reliable.
