Job Summary
We are hiring Farm Support Staff to assist in daily farm operations across crop production, poultry (layers & broilers), and general farm duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily farm activities (feeding, cleaning, planting, harvesting, etc.)
Support poultry operations and crop field work
Maintain cleanliness and basic farm hygiene
Follow instructions from supervisors and management
Work as part of a team to ensure daily farm productivity
Requirements
Willingness to work hard and learn on the job
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Previous farm experience is an advantage but not required
Physically fit and reliable
Work Arrangement:
Daily resumption required (non-resident staff)
6-month contract, extendable based on performance.
