Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; industry certifications such as FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage with a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in fiber optics installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
