Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and result-driven Field Credit Officers to join our team across the listed locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan processing, repayment follow-up, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard qualified customers.
Educate customers on loan products and company policies.
Conduct field visits and customer verification exercises.
Process loan applications and documentation accurately.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
Meet assigned performance and recovery targets.
Requirements
Minimum of OND qualification.
Previous experience in credit, sales, microfinance, or field operations is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good knowledge of the assigned location and its environs.
Candidates must reside within or close to the preferred location.
