Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospects, engaging customers, and closing sales.
The role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products/services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Provide accurate feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Requirements
Minimum of an SSCE / OND / BSc Degree in any related field (depending on requirement)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (added advantage)
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
