Key Responsibilities


Create, present, and produce engaging video content for the company's social media and marketing platforms.
Serve as the face of the brand in property tours, interviews, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.
Develop creative content ideas that increase audience engagement and generate leads.
Conduct on-site property walkthroughs and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing and media team on content strategy and campaign execution.
Write scripts, captions, and content briefs for videos and social media posts.
Stay updated on social media trends and content best practices.
Assist with live broadcasts, events coverage, and client testimonials.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Theatre Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, presenting, broadcasting, or digital media.
Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of video production, editing, and content planning.
Creative, energetic, and confident personality.
Ability to travel within Abuja and surrounding locations for content production.
Experience in real estate content creation is an added advantage.
