Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:


Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage social media platforms and online presence.
Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Create and coordinate marketing content and promotional activities.
Track marketing performance and report results.
Support sales team with lead generation initiatives.


Front Desk Responsibilities:


Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
Maintain reception and ensure excellent first impression of the company.
Handle basic administrative and clerical duties.
Direct clients to appropriate departments.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields
1 - 3 years experience in marketing, customer service, or front desk/reception role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of social media and basic digital marketing.
Highly organized, presentable, and customer-focused.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in real estate is an added advantage.
