Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, partners, and customers to support aftersales and service operations.
Coordinate device pickup and delivery activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
Promote company repair and aftersales services in the market.
Follow up on pending cases, customer complaints, and escalations.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities.
Support achievement of SLA, TAT, and customer satisfaction targets.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Requirements
Previous experience in field operations, sales support, or aftersales service.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile device services.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
