Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices.
Perform repair and replacement of components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards.
Conduct software updates, flashing, and device testing after repair.
Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and turnaround time (TAT).
Maintain accurate repair records and service reports.
Support customers with technical explanations and aftersales service.
Follow ESD, safety, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
Coordinate with spare parts and customer service teams for smooth operations.
Engineer Requirements
Experience in smartphone repair and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve SLA targets.
Technical certification is an advantage.
