Responsibilities
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly work targets.
Look for new potential customers and create a list of leads.
Explain the company's products and services to customers, either faceÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂface or online.
Contact new and existing customers through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
Attend to customer questions, complaints, and general inquiries.
Prepare and send price quotes and business proposals.
Keep and update customer information in the CRM database.
Requirements
A minimum of OND or SSCE.
Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
Strong business ethics.
